Different generations have experienced technology in different ways and a one-size fits all approach will often not engage your entire workforce because of the generational differences that exist within it. this session is critical to helping you understand those differences and to developing strategies that meet the needs of the entire workforce.

  • The rate of technological change is impacting the various generations existing in today's workforce in different ways, further impacted by the pandemic's imperative work work differently.

Kurt Neumann serves as the Records & Information Principal at Prime Therapeutics, an American Pharmacy Benefit Manager. Kurt is an IGP & CIP and has had the opportunity to work in leadership roles within several industries: Government, Non-Profits, Hospitality & Healthcare. He has observed how different generations responded to the proliferation of technology in the workplace, the resulting workflow processes, and the inescapable link to change management. Like a true Millennial, he would like to collaborate with you on the subject. His other passions include date economics, community advocacy, travel, and endurance training.

Laurie Fischer is the Managing Directory of HBR Consulting's informational governance consulting practice. With more than 25 years' experience, Laurie provides comprehensive information governance solutions for organizations of all sizes and industries. Laurie has extensive expertise in the design, development, and implementation of information governance programs, bringing together the interests of the Office of the General Counsel, the CIO, the Chief Privacy Officer, Information Security and Records and Information Management.
