Managing eDiscovery and Legal Holds

Litigation support is becoming more of a role for Records Managers. This presentation will include components of a litigation support program, how to build a Legal Hold and eDiscovery Playbook, and real-world experiences and practical approaches to managing legal holds will be discussed.

The Webinar will begin with brief announcements at 11:50 a.m. followed by the presentation at Noon and will end at approximately 1:00 p.m. (CST).

Ben Greene, CRM has been in the records management field for nearly 15 years. He has been with Land O'Lakes in Minnesota since 2014 where we serves as the Legal Technology and Records Manager. His responsibilities include managing the company reocrds management program, legal hold program, providing eDiscovery support, and defining legal technology strategies.
