The next meeting of Sterling TWAW (The Well Armed Woman) will be January 19, 2019 from 9-11 a.m. at Tri-State Tactical, 17282 County Road 32 in Sterling. For this meeting we will be watching & analyzing Home Defense scenarios followed by a workout to reinforce muscle memory and strength for those situations, all done with the help of the new Warrior Woman Workout DVD. Please wear loose fitting clothing or workout attire. You will not be required to workout but are encouraged to try some of the defensive techniques. If time and weather permit, range time will be available to active members.

TWAW Shooting Chapters exists to educate and empower women in a safe and non-threatening environment for their effective and responsible self-defense with a firearm.
