Event description
To honor National Latinx AIDS Awareness Day, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene invites you to Tus Quince.

About this Event

Please join us for a community forum on the "State of Latino Sexual Health in NYC." After the panel discussion, we will have a quinceaños celebration for everyone who never had the opportunity to commemorate this traditional Latino passage into adulthood.

Dinner will be served and there will be dancing and a live DJ. There will also be a photo booth to take pictures.

Please come dressed in semi-formal attire. Semi-formal clothing for all genders will be available for free prior to the event. A pop-up shop will be held at the “Waverly Fashion Closet,” 12 West 14th Street, Manhattan, from 3-8 pm on October 9, 2019, to pick up and try on semi-formal attire. The pop-up shop is organized by Out My Closet and the NYC Human Resources Administration. For more information, please contact rainbow@dss.nyc.gov.
