Is this event Rain or Shine?

Yes. The 1st deck of the boat is enclosed so we can adjust if necessary.

What time does the yacht board?

5:15 pm for the 5:30 pm cruise.

12:45 pm for the 1 pm cruise.

How long are the cruises?

A 3 hour tour. A 3 hour tour.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Guests must be 21 & up. IDs will be checked and security enforced.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No outside food or drinks are allowed. Empty water bottles are allowed. No weapons or bad attitudes are allowed. All bags will be checked upon entry.

Is my ticket transferrable?

No. If you purchase tickets for the 5:30 pm cruise, you can only attend the 5:30 pm cruise on March 21st.

If you RSVP'd for the 1 pm cruise, you can only attend the 1 pm cruise (as space permits) on March 21st. EARLY ARRIVAL IS SUGGESTED.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You must show your ID and ticket at the dock before entry. Printed tickets and the Eventbrite app ticket is accepted.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets will not be refunded if you miss the departure.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The name on your ID and the ticket must match to be granted entry.
