About this Event
The sixth annual Turner Family Center for Social Ventures Summit will be held on February 18th and 19th, 2021 and features innovators and thought leaders from across the social impact sector. This year we’ll be focusing on impact through action by learning from a range of industries, from the coffee landscape to consumer products to technology.

About the Event
Engage with socially and environmentally conscious thought-leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts across a wide-range of disciplines. The "Impact Across Industries" track will focus on driving impact through action across a variety of industries including technology, education, and consumer products. We’ll dive deep on best practices in the EDI (equity, diversity, & inclusion), sustainability, and leadership space.

Our keynote this year is Becca Stevens, Founder and President at Thistle Farms, a Nashville Justice Enterprise that empowers female survivors of human trafficking, prostitution and addiction. Join us for the kickoff of the event on February 18th at 7 PM to hear from Becca and her incredible work in the impact space.
In light of the virtual nature this year's TFC's Social Ventures Summit, the payment for the main event will be a pay-as-wish format. All donations to the TFC will be used to help continue our mission of developing socially and environmentally conscious leaders and doers. Please select the appropriate ticket to contribute if you wish to do so upon registration!
Coffee Track Option:
For the first time in 2021, the TFC Summit partners with the new Coffee Equity Lab at the Wond’ry to highlight ongoing efforts in the coffee industry to achieve meaningful social and environmental impact across the supply chain. The February 19, 2021 coffee track will feature coffee experts from around the world who will share their perspectives on racial justice, sustainability, virtual and augmented reality as communication tools, and career pathways in the industry.
Optional Events:
This year's Summit will also include the option of attending a Coffee Cupping & Tasting Workshop co-hosted with the Coffee Equity Lab or a Broad Impact Assessment workshop run by John Sherman, Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of pfc Social Impact Advisors, LLC. Cost to attend each of these events is $15 and the attendance for each event is capped at 12 and 15 people, respectively. the Coffee Cupping & Tasting Workshop is open to local Vanderbilt community members only. The Coffee Cupping & Tasting event is open to the local Vanderbilt community only. Both of these events are virtual. More information provided at checkout.
