Turn Up Dance Fitness is a high intensity dance workout that mixes hip hop, muscle toning, and full on booty shaking energ, basically like going to the club with your friends, just way sweatier. Get ready to dance, laugh, SWEAT, and show up as your loud, confident, unapologetic self.
