Hello all weightlifters and "CrossFitters"!!! Come show off your pre-holiday gains with your friend in these feats of strength. It's not the CrossFit Total, or a powerlifting competition, but our own little test. It includes the fundamentals of both (pull, push, squat), but is slightly different. This is a same sex partner competition, and will consist of three different weight classes. Men's weight classes will be... Under 185lbs, 185-205, and over 205lbs. Women's weight classes will be... Under 130lbs, 130-150lbs, and over 150lbs. Your team's weight class will be the average weight of both partners, so you don't both have to be in the same weight class. The three events are 1 rep max clean (power or full), 1 rep max shoulder to overhead, and 1 rep max back squat. We look forward to seeing all the big lifts!!!
