Event description

Description

How can we water the flowers of resiliency in our lives?

In this five-week series, we explore how we can tune into our bodies on a deeper level to cultivate our innate capacity for self-care and unconditional well-being. Blending empowering neuroscience and nervous system learning with experiential mindfulness practices, this class will offer space, tools, and supportive community for participants to come into a greater sense of self-connection, presence and ease.

This class is open to all: no previous experience with mindfulness practice is required.

We highly recommend registering for the full series, as the five classes are designed to interconnect and build on each other. However, we also offer the option to register on a per-class basis to ensure greater accessibility to anyone who wants to participate.
