The HANDS ON training will include: Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Series Training, Assistant and Instructor certification, safe spotting techniques and drills, FULL syllabus, FULL skills test and so much more.

The workshop is only available to a limited number of studio owners/guests due to the nature of the work.
