Join us for SECOND TUESDAY on June 13 at our NEW MEETING LOCATION at Loony Bin Comedy Club & Event Center - Tulsa, where Attorney Greg Lehrmann will decode the 1031 Exchange mystery and help you minimize your tax obligations through this special IRS Tax Code feature.
Greg Lehrmann, Attorney, is Oklahoma Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. API, a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, is a leading national IRC §1031 Qualified Intermediary and has handled over 200,000 exchanges throughout the country.
Mr. Lehrmann has 40 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, real estate agents/brokers and investors on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. His presentations feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies. A sample of his numerous articles are:
