The 21 Acres Kitchen sources every pesticide-free ingredient locally, reduces water demand, and utilizes all food parts to create zero waste while creating delicious food. Learn more about this holistic approach from Asako Sullivan, 21 Acres Kitchen Manager, and learn what it means to farm sustainably in the beautiful Sammamish Valley with SAgE Student Farm's Manager, Perry Acworth. Asako and Perry will address the integral relationship necessary between chefs and farmers in order to truly achieve a sustainable and zero waste food system.
