This is a 6 weeks course (Jan 10th - February 14th) held on TUESDAY evenings at 6:30pm in The Rock at WCUMC and is open to anyone in the community.
All Tai Chi levels and fitness levels will benefit from this class. Susan is an excellent instructor that will accomodate your needs.

This will be an ongoing course with registrations every 6 weeks.
What do I wear? Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Also wear tennis shoes or other shoes that offer support but do not inhibit your movement. No sandals, flip flops, etc.
Do I have to be in great shape for this? No. This form of excercise is attainable to all. You can even do it seated if you need.
