Welcome! You are invited to join us at Meditation Mount for a yoga and sound meditation Tuesday evenings at sunset. The experience will be led by yoga teacher and healer, Lyndsay Pennington of Juniper Jade Yoga, overlooking the beautiful Ojai Valley from our gorgeous viewpoint.

This is a time to connect with your mind, heart, and body in the picturesque garden surroundings. The session will begin with a peaceful yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. We will close with a meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster, pillow or blocks. Because this will be held outdoors, you may like to bring a blanket with you for our closing meditation. The experience will begin at 6:30pm and end around 8:00pm. Gates will open at 6:00pm to enter the facility.

Attendance is being limited to both enhance the experience and comply with County regulations. A fee of $20 is assessed to support the Mount. Please maintain a sense of peace and quiet while respecting the other visitors during their Meditations.

All of our worship activities are conducted outdoors strictly adhering to COVID-19 public safety protocols.

Lyndsay is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Energy Healer, writer, artist and spiritual seeker living in Ojai, California.

A former media executive for over a decade, Lyndsay's yoga and meditation practice helped her cope with the high stress and "always-on" environment.  In 2018, she went on to study Yoga and Healing Sciences at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.

Since then, she has been teaching private and group yoga classes, adapting her teachings to focus on each student's individual journey.  She strives to make yoga accessible and inclusive for all who wish to practice.
