Welcome to the event page for the Tualatin High School Class of 2007 reunion! We look forward to seeing you there.
What do I get for buying a ticket?
Your ticket will come with access to food and non-alchoholic beverages for sure. We will be working with the venue to determine whether drink tickets will be a possibility as well for a round or two of drinks, and will keep you posted as the event approaches.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The McMenamins is right off I-5 in Wilsonville and shares a very large parking lot with a Fred Meyer. There should be plenty of parking available, but Uber/Lyft/Taxi/parents are also highly encouraged methods of getting to and from the event.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Either contact through the "Contact Us" link or send a message on facebook through the group.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds can be requested prior to the event. No refunds will be issues within 3 weeks of the event as an attendee guarantee has to be maid with the venue.
Note - any unused funds leftover after the reunion is over will be refunded pro-rata to all attendees.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
While encouraged, you can also show tickets through email confirmation or through the eventbrite app when you get there to show proof of purchase. I'll have a master list of attendees as well.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, this information should be open to editing after the fact (ex, if you are changing your guest, etc.)
Are children allowed to attend?
We encourage you to take a night off from the kids...no activities or separate accomodations will be provided for children. However, if you absolutely must bring your kids, the venue does allow children. Contact me with specific questions.
