Do you want to make a difference in your community?

It all starts with Census 2020 participation and voter registration. Learn more from a panel of young Filipino American leaders as they show how civic engagement paved the way for their personal and professional journeys.

Hosted in partnership with the Philippine Consulate General in NY and the Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO), the panelists include FYLPRO alumni:

  • Jhett Tolentino, award-winning Broadway producer

  • Ryan Letada, CEO, NextDayBetter

  • The Honorable Joshua Ang Price, FYLPRO President and Election Commissioner for Pulaski County, Arkansas (Batch 7)

  • Lauren Lalicon, Policy Director for the Office of the First Lady of New Jersey Tammy Murphy (Batch 7)

Special guests include:

  • Rachelle Ocampo, EdM, Host of MakilalaTV and Associate Director of Development for the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center

  • Ambassador Claro Cristobal, Philippine Consulate General (Opening Keynote)
