Our afternoon sessions are designed for those who have never played music before, who would like the opportunity to try out a range of instruments with the guidance of our professional tutors, all taking place onboard our custom double-decker bus.

These will take place between 14:00 and 16:00 and sessions can be booked in 30-minute slots, the exact location will be announced via email closer to the time (but will be no more than a five-minute walk from the stated location). The cost for these sessions is £5 per child (please don’t book tickets for accompanying adults, just the children taking part!).

There will also be a concert from 13:45-14:00, which will contribute to our existing efforts to raise money for Ukraine. The cost will be £10 per person and it will take place on the MusicOnWheels bus. Around 40% of Lycaeum’s students learn with Ukraine-based online tutors. We have 43 employees and contractors based in the country, as well family and friends who remain there. Many have been able to flee the country, while others have been unable to for a variety of reasons. Since the beginning of the war, Lycaeum has been dedicated to providing support to those affected.
