Description

This class is a short demo of TRX. Here you will learn some basic movements and termonology of TRX. This is a great class to see if TRX is for you, or if you have already signed up for a TRX class and want to be familiar with it before you start.

TRX Suspension Training is a type of total-body resistance training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. Runners & Cyclists who only run or cycle are more prone to injury. TRX based strength training is a great way to become a more proficient runner or cyclist and help you to avoid injury.
