Description

  • Do you want to make changes in your life like weight loss, exercising, drinking less alcohol but find good intentions always seem to slip?

  • Are you finding that your life has changed since having kids and now you feel like you’ve lost your identity?

  • Do you always seem to be running around looking after everyone else, house or job and you can’t remember the last time you spent quality time on yourself ( p.s. whilst sleeping , watching TV and having a glass of wine can be lovely – this isn’t what I mean!)

  • Are you feeling that something is getting in the way, but you don’t know what?

  • May be you know what is getting in the way, such as being unhappy in your job/relationship but can’t see any way out?

  • Is getting out of bed in the morning an effort? Do you find no matter what you do, or what you don’t do, you’re always so blimmin’ tired?

  • Do you just want to get back to being you again?


In a relaxed, group environment you can make real and actual changes to improve your life for the better. I will not be standing there and talking at you for 90 mins. The plan is that I will help you understand and implement active tools and techniques to engage and challenge you by asking you to answer carefully composed questions and fun, engaging tasks so that the transformation you make will be effective and long lasting.

Many of my clients see life coaching as their weekly treat. Investing time in their health, happiness and wellbeing can feel unusual or selfish initially, but taking time out of their week to focus on what they want rather than just dealing with what is presented to them ,allows them to develop a sense of control, balance, confidence and improve their self-esteem. They learn to appreciate how thinking about their happiness can positively impact their view of life, their loved ones and also their relationships with work colleagues.
