Description

On June 26, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling in Trump v. Hawaii on Presidential Proclamation 9645, also known as the Muslim Ban 3.0. This MCLE will cover the Supreme Court’s decision and what it means for the immigration cases of individuals impacted by the Proclamation from Libya, Iran, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, North Korea, and Venezuela. The MCLE will also cover the so-called waiver scheme and best practices in trying to secure waivers for clients impacted by the ban. This MCLE is geared towards practitioners representing individuals in cases impacted by the Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. Hawaii.
