Emily Melton

Emily Melton is a managing partner at Threshold Ventures, formerly DFJ Venture. Her portfolio includes BetterUp, Elation Health, Livongo, Ooda Health, Redfin, Shift, Verge Genomics, Vineti, and Wellframe. She has sourced investments in Box (NYSE: BOX), Meebo (Google), Kudo (Google), RichRelevance, and Flux (MTV Networks). She was also an advisor to Pulse Network (LinkedIn), Healthtap, and Poshmark. 


Tony Conrad

Having founded and Sphere (both acquired by AOL), Tony Conrad brings founder and startup leadership expertise to his partner role at True. With more than $2 billion under management, True has made investments in FitBit, Ring (acquired by Amazon), Brightroll (acquired by Yahoo), Blue Bottle (acquired by Nestle) and Good Reads (acquired by Amazon). 

Tony is a personal investor in Slack, WordPress, Lowercase Capital, Saltwater, Ne Timeas (Flour+Water, Trick Dog, Salumeria, Central Kitchen), Samovar and August. He works with founders and operating teams from WordPress, Glowforge, Hodinkee, High Fidelity, Oak, ZERO, Flipside Crypto, Wires Glasses & Teamable. He is also a board member of the Tony Hawk Foundation, an advisor to SF based Noise Pop and formerly a T40 National Co-Chair of Technology for President Obama.
