Event description

Description

Have you tried every weight loss plan and program and felt something was missing? This fun and interactive series of classes puts our relationship with the Divine as the missing ingredient. All faiths are welcome to explore practical spirituality and radical self-love as the keystones to weight-loss management.

Spiritual weight loss is about so much more than the size of your body or the number on the scales. This program, developed by Unity minister Diana Kennedy, offers a unique Unity perspective and tools to truly nourish yourself with self-care and self-love. Enhanced self-care and self-love can lend to natural "weight loss" physically, mentally, and emotionally. In these classes, we will take a spiritual (and fun) approach to help you make the mental and spiritual shifts that will lead to a better relationship with your body and with food.

Sundays, January 8 through March 5
(8-weeks, no class on Sunday, February 5)
12:30 to 2:00 pm in the Sanctuary
Facilitated by Janice Coyle and Beverly Weise

Cost: $15.00 per class OR $100.00 in advance
(+ nominal charge for the workbook)
