Shana D. Lewis, LPC, NCC attended the University of Houston-Central campus and received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1998. From there, Mrs. Lewis went on to earn her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a clinical mental health focus from Troy State University-Holloman AFB, New Mexico campus in 2001. Mrs. Lewis is currently a doctoral student at Sam Houston State University pursuing a degree in counselor education.  

Mrs. Lewis has over 14 years of experience working in the mental health field serving adult, child, and adolescent clients in schools, day programs, inpatient hospitals, outpatient community mental health facilities and church organizations.

Mrs. Lewis specializes in addressing women's issues including depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationship problems, domestic violence, and stress. Shana also has a great amount of experience working with children and adolescent mental health issues and their families.

Mrs. Lewis is the owner and clinical director of Living Well Professional Counseling Services, PLLC.

Richelle Whittaker, MA, is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology and a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor holding a Masters of Art in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University.  She is credentialed by the National Board of Certified Counselors.  She also is currently in the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology from Texas Tech University.

Mrs. Whittaker has provided therapy and psychological testing in a variety of settings including Harris County Department of Education, Houston Independent School District, Bellaire Behavior Hospital, Jonah's Place, Madge Bush Transitional Living Facility, and Gulf Coast Community Services Association-Head Start.  She is also an adjunct professor with the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Whittaker prides herself on reaching back to the community and helping others achieve success.
