2019 is gearing up to be a big year for tr/st, the dark electronic-pop project of toronto-based artist robert alfons. five years have passed since the artist released his last project under the tr/st name, 2014's excellent 'joyland', and now he's returning to music with a gargantuan, 16-track double album titled 'the destroyer'. the record will be released in two parts, with part 1 serving as the brighter and lighter yang to part 2's darker yin.
