You do so much for Girl Scouts, it's time to do a little something for yourself! In recognition of Volunteer Appreciation Week, USA Girl Scouts Overseas is excited to provide a special yoga session just for Troop Leaders.

Thanks to the generous support of Roper Physical Therapy, this program is free for Girl Scout volunteers! As physical therapists, Roper focus on alignment with a slow flow, beginners to advanced yogi's are all invited.

This session takes place at 1:00pm EDT / 7:00pm CEST / 2:00am (April 23) JST. Please be sure to check what time that is in your corner of the world.
