Event description

Description

On October 4, USC's Trojan Entertainment Network will team with the USC Alumni Club of Los Angeles for our third Trojan Talk, an evening panel discussion that will explore the current state of digital media. Over the last decade, digital content has developed exponentially and yet the business model for artists and business professionals in this space alike is evolving toward an unknown destination. Simply put: With the understanding of the market and user habits that we have now, is digital media a means to an end toward a career in traditional media or is it the future of media itself?

Our panelists are:

  • Beau Bryant, SVP Talent and Programming at Fullscreen
  • Arlene Zeichner, Independent digital media consultant and former Fox/Paramount executive
  • Benoit Vatere, CEO of Mammoth, a tech disruptor in digital media working in the mobile space

Additional panelists will be announced soon. The panel will be moderated by Jimmy Kelly, Founder of TEN.

Your evening will begin with networking over hors d’oeuvres followed by our panel of hand-picked entertainment industry experts. This event welcomes interested Trojans and friends of Trojans of all vocations!

Schedule
6:00 p.m. - Registration opens; networking mixer begins; hors d'oeuvres are served.
7:15 p.m. - Panel discussion with our entertainment industry professionals, concluding with questions from the audience.
8:15 p.m. - The networking mixer will continue after the panel.
