About this Event

Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill at the Fairlane Hotel is teaming up with sister Atlanta-famed restaurant, Tiny Lou’s at Hotel Clermont to kick off the New Year with a very special chefs collaboration dinner by Ellington’s Executive Chef Kristin Beringson, Tiny Lou’s Executive Chef Jeb Aldrich and Pastry Chef Claudia Martinez - a 2019 Eater Young Gun recipient.

Dinner includes curated menu:

● Canape: Foie gras torchon and smoked trout rillettes

● Appetizer: Crab cakes, malt vinegar remoulade, beet relish, baby greens

● Entree: Certified Angus Beef prime strip loin bourguignonne, red wine salsify, carrot tallow, house smoked bacon, grains of paradise

● Dessert: Pink peppercorn mousse, sacher biscuit, candied hazelnuts, passion fruit

Tickets are $55 per person and valet parking is included. Total ticket price is $71.09 which includes gratuity and tax. Optional beverage pairing available for additional $30 at event.
