An 80-minute hero’s journey seeks imagineers, ages 8+.
Paper Canoe Company and Tami Stronach Dance team up to premiere Light, a thrilling, dark, comic adventure. 11-year-old Moth lives in a world without light. Here, nobody remembers there once was a sun; folks are too tired to notice the odd and sinister workings of their city. But when Moth’s mother is overcome by “The Sleep," Moth is forced to unplug from the world she knows and discover the power of her imagination. On this journey, she unexpectedly finds a host of lost misfits who, together, just might save the day
