About this event
Trisha Gee is an internationally known software engineer, Java Champion, and book author. She has developed Java applications for various industries of all sizes, including finance, manufacturing, and non-profit.
She has extensive expertise in Java high-performance systems and is exceptionally passionate about sharing things that help real developers. With experience gained working at JetBrains, MongoDB, LMAX, ThoughtWorks, and Ford, she is an advocate for developer community building as well as living life as a hard-core software engineer. Trisha is a leader of the Sevilla Java User Group in Spain.
She also has authored four very popular books: “Head First Java” (third edition), "Getting to Know IntelliJ IDEA", “What to Look for in a Code Review”, and “97 Things Every Java Programmer Should Know”.
