Description
We’re excited to announce that Pulitzer Prize winner Maureen Dowd will headline The Texas Tribune’s first-ever TribFeast! The must-read New York Times columnist will talk about Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and the state of the 2016 election in conversation with Tribune CEO Evan Smith, and she’ll answer your questions as well as his. Copies of her new book, The Year of Voting Dangerously: The Derangement of American Politics, will be available at the event.
We’re equally excited and honored that Larry R. Faulkner, formerly the president of The University of Texas at Austin and Houston Endowment, will speak about the importance of the Tribune’s work.
This great evening — right smack in the middle of this year’s Texas Tribune Festival — will bring together thought leaders and philanthropists from around the state, including several of the elected officials, policymakers and big-brand journalists on the festival program. Join us for what should be of one of the best parties of the year!
Find details about table and sponsorship benefits here. Doors at 7:30 p.m. and the conversation will begin at 8 p.m.
