Description
Storyscapes is a collaboration between BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin and Tribeca Film Festival that brings together five distinctive transmedia projects by artists and digital media innovators from around the world. This year, the stories are all around us, brought to life by innovative storytelling techniques that engage us on the new and different sensory levels. The projects in Storyscapes incorporates virtual reality, live performance, 3D graphics, music and gesture-based gaming to encourage participation and sparks the imagination. In this second incarnation of Storyscapes, the ability to interact with the projects is even more profound, displaying just how powerful storytelling can be when told across different interfaces.
Put on a virtual reality headset and experience the visceral power of Use of Force. Immerse yourself in the computer-generated, non-linear experience of Clouds. Determine the plot of Choose Your Own Documentary takes in a live performance that incorporates spoken word, film and audience participation. Create your own joyful choir with On a Human Scale. And travel to the past, as you take a 3D journey through a city neighborhood that no longer exists, in Circa 1948. These are the stories that surround us and the stories that involve us. Dive in.
