Beginning September 15th, the focus is on the Four Cornerstones of Health: Movement, Nourishment, Enjoyment, and Fulfillment. These must all be in balance to achieve the health you want and deserve. For 6 weeks, the Haka Tribe is getting down to the nitty gritty business of getting healthy… totally and completely healthy!


This program includes 4 in person workshops, 8+ expert interviews, accountability, Nutritional guidance, video and email updates, informative sessions on reading labels, kitchen basics, yoga 101, Saturday workouts and more! The entire program can be done online with recorded workshops or you can take advantage of the face to face time. You Choose.

9/15 Friday 5:30 pm: Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition

We'll come out of the gates looking at exactly what you need to be eating to NOURISH your body. You'll get guidelines, sample meal plans and even options to help you take it to the level you need! You'll set personal goals and we'll be right there with you to make sure you achieve them.


9/21 Thursday 5:30 pm: Stress, Sleep, and Hormones

You can't accomplish your health goals without paying attention to the interplay of these components. It's called the HPA Axis and it is THE KEY.


9/30 Saturday 9:00 am: Fitness...Safe and Functional: Make the most of your time!

Whether you choose to train at Haka or on your own, it’s good to know what’s really important about exercise. Should you run or is it bad for you? What about lifting heavy? And what’s that HIIT stuff? We’ll give you the basics on putting together workouts that make sense and get the job done!



10/21 Saturday 7:30 am: 90 minute Restoring Natural Movement-- Movement is NOT Exercise

Yoga can be hugely beneficial to your success.... annnnd it can be scary! No fear here. We're going to spend the first thirty minutes helping you understand just exactly what you should be doing. Then, we'll put it all into practice!




It's time to really take charge of your life and create the space for health changes that will propel you towards your goals!


The more ya know, the further you'll go. So, we're helping you learn more as we go. Including:

* a look at what's in your household and personal care products, why you should care, and simple steps to start making smarter choices

* NEW Guest interviews on hot topics like nutrition and stress, yoga, supplements and Juicing

* a glimpse into the Haka Kitchen and what we're eating. Plus, How-To's on some kitchen staples

* a chat about Meditation- it sounds scary but it's not what you think!

* Live workouts once a week at Haka

* How does sleep affect you and how can you improve the quality of the sleep you do get?


Add all that to more than 18 videos at your fingertips! We’ll release info at regular intervals throughout the program to give you a focus and allow you to make small changes along the way without overwhelming you.
