Get in the best shape of your life and train for a triathlon! This is a 12 week training group, meeting once a week and learning the basics of everything you need to know for your first sprint Triathlon. I will get you geared up, pumped up and fully trianed for Happy Hour's designated race, the Goleta Beach Triathlon and Duathlon on July 27 (*additional registraion fees will apply.) A beginer base level in each sport is reccomended. If you can frog swim/dog paddle in a pool for 10 minutes, ride your bike to the grocery store, and walk fast for 30 minutes, I can handle the rest! You will need proper running shoes, bike (no beach cruisers), helmet, and swim suit. The group includes clinics where you can learn and purchse the best gear for you.
