Triathlete Nutrition Class

This class will provide you with the building blocks of a healthy diet and will focus on what food choices best support triathlon training. We'll do a cooking demonstration and talk aboutsome natural options for race day hydration and fuel. This class is right after your night workout, so Whole Foods will provide snacks and samples to refuel you!
