Abstract:
Sometimes it's "just the culture." Sometimes it's us. But it always takes a strong team and network to make long impactful change. This discussion will address techniques to implement within yourself, as a manager or as a team lead, to shock a toxic security culture for the long term. We will go into what to do, what you probably shouldn't do, and what the professionals have to say about changing behavior through interaction and motivational triggers.
