The “Triad Concert Series” will feature a selection of PIMF’s Concerto finalists from around the globe. Each young artist has attended the Philadelphia International Music Festival to study with principal players and other members of the Philadelphia Orchestra. This unique experience, combined with their ambition, passion, and hard work has propelled them to a level of distinction among their peers and their mentors. Through the adjudicated competitions held during each session and partnerships with various arts organizations, PIMF is able to expand opportunities for its participants beyond its summer enrollment. The Multicultural Arts Exchange is pleased to be among these outreach programs.

The concert series, which is open to the public, provides discounted admission for seniors and students as well as free tickets for children under 12. Each program will conclude with a drawing. Its winner will receive a scholarship to attend PIMF’s summer camp at Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

The Philadelphia International Music Festival, now in its 21st year, is home to nearly 500 instrumental and vocal music students from around the globe each summer. Through its partnerships with numerous arts organizations and its internal, adjudicated competitions, PIMF is able to open doors of opportunity year-round for its current students and alumni. There will be drawings at the conclusion of each concert for one-week tuition scholarships for day students. https://philadelphiamusicfestival.org
