Tri-track visit to Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition

Our Nov 11 tri-track will be with the Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition (NWBCCC), a community-based organization that provides services like housing, food, and additional supports using a model of close-community ties and engagement. NBCC is pleased to invite us to their headquarters to experience how they connect with community members in an afternoon of small group community outreach within local housing centers. Come prepared to learn, talk with our neighbors, and form a deeper partnership with one of our strongest CBO partners.

NWBCCC has asked us to please RSVP so they may make space for our group and may invite some youth who are VERY excited to spend time with local healthcare workers. They’d also like to know which languages are spoken as they craft our community outreach session.
