2021 Tri-Star Archery Tournament

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS!

YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT 3 TICKETS (1 FOR EACH OF THE WEEKENDS)

This years tournament will be like no other Tri-Star tournament you have ever shot. Due to limitations with COVID-19 we have to change the way we are doing registration, limit shooters at any given time and have had to change locations for one of the events. We are limited to 8 shooter per line time and are offering 6 line times each day.

The schedule for the event will be as follows:

Jan 9-10 Beloit Field Archers - 360 round

Jan 16-17 Janesville Bowmen (Stoughton leg) - Vegas 495 round

Jan 23-24 Janesville Bowmen - Vegas 660 round

PURCHASEING TICKETS:

This year you will need to pay for the entire event up front. When you purchase your tickets you will need to add three (3) tickets to your cart. These is no selection for shooting class this will be taken care of when you check in at the first leg of the event.

1st Ticket will be the one you pay for, this will be for the first leg of the tournament. Please choose the day and time you wish to shoot for the first leg.

2nd and 3rd ticket will be FREE, these tickets will be for the the 2nd and 3rd legs. You will need to select a day and time for each of these legs. If you fail to do this you will not have a shoot time reserved for the final two legs.

PRO MONEY - You will need to select the ADD ON option for the Pro-Money class in addition to your regular ticket.

DAY OF EVENT:

Please arrive on time, on time is early enough for you to have your equipment setup and complete the check in process prior to your shoot time. Shoot line will start promptly at the time you selected. If you arrive late we may not be able to get you until we have an open spot on a different line. Please bring a face mask with you to the event. We are trying to keep the amount of people in the club house at any given time to a bare minimum, no spectators please, all youth will need a parent present.

ANY TICKET ORDERS THAT DO NOT HAVE A PAID TICKET WILL BE CANCLED!
