Event description

Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) & Federal Facilities Council (FFC) are Co-sponsoring a Tri-Service/Federal Agency/Industry BOS Forum on 11 October 2018, 0900 – 1200 at the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Building located at 2101 Constitution Ave, NW Washington, D.C. 20418 in the Lecture Room

The Forum Objective is to engage in a constructive dialogue between all Military Services, the OSD Real Property Management Team, Federal Agencies, and Industry members to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in procuring Facility Support Service (FSC) and Base Operating Support (BOS) contracts. Particular attention will be paid to some of the activities undertaken since the previous Tri-Service BOS Round Table conducted in February 2018 in San Antonio. A number of senior military and federal government officials have once again been invited to participate.

As in the February Round Table; Industry is encouraged to select a representative who is most familiar and personally engaged in Pre-Award, Post-Award, and Execution of FSC and BOS Contracts. For planning and scheduling purposes; there will also be a “Government-Only Session” conducted at same location from 1300 – 1500.

An agenda will be posted and sent out to all registrants once finalized prior to the event. Additionally, some pre-planned areas of discussion and related questions will be sent out prior to the event so registered attendees can best prepare for the interactive discussion.
