About this Event

EWU alumnus Jarrod Boyle`` 90 and his wife Ali are the winemaker and marketing director at Alexandria Nicole Cellars (ANC) in Prosser, WA. They, along with ANC chefs Nicole Nutter and Therron Phillips, will lead you through the history behind the charcuterie board, the best wine pairings, and picture-perfect presentation skills. Your registration includes an exclusive EWU-branded bamboo cutting board in the shape of Washington state, as well as a suggested shopping list for you to build your board along with us. Registration is open to the first 50 guests, so register today!
