The TRI Community & Youth Agency is dedicated to serving the youth with a broad spectrum of programming which includes Education, Recreation, Counseling, Advocacy, Crisis intervention, and Referral services. The 2023 Hall of Honor Gala assists in funding these programs which are offered free of charge to participants
