About this Event
TRE is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE safely activates a natural reflex of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. Many people feel very relaxed afterwards. TRE is truly a self-care tool, once you do it a couple times, you can do it on your own (w/ no equipment), and it will only take 10 minutes! A consistent practice can help provide immense relief from anxiety, anger, depression and more, it’s like jumping ahead 5 years in therapy without all the talk! If you are pregnant, have a serious mental illness, cannot move around fairly easily, then now might not be the best time for you to do this.
