Tremble Clefs of Portland
A music therapy group and choir
in the Portland Metro area for people with
Parkinson's Disease who talk too softly
(plus their care-partners and family members)
The Tremble Clefs of Portland has been specifically developed for people with Parkinson's disease to enjoy the beauty of music, social benefits of a choir, and the physical benefits of exercising the voice through singing. Each session will include vocal exercises infused with musical elements that focus on posture, breathing techniques, breath support, projection, and enunciation. Participants will also learn and sing a variety of dynamic and fun choral pieces.
Ability to read music or understand music theory is not required.
Thursdays, 2:30 - 4:00pm, January 12th - March 8th, 9 weeks.

See below for Parking instructions. Free parking is available in the West Parking Garage off of Ankeny Street between SE 103rd Ave and SE 102nd Ave. A volunteer will be available to open the garage door for participants between 2:15 and 2:40.
