Description

Learn the basics of tree identification and practices at the Paul Douglas Center for Environmental Education on Saturday, September 30, 2017. This workshop is designed for beginners who want understand trees a little better. This class provides essentials to get you started as well as a book to equip you with the tools to further your skills in tree identification.

Class will be held both indoors and outdoors. Please dress for weather. Please bring a water bottle and wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes for walking over uneven terrain.

Limit to 16. Cost to attend the workshop is $22.00. Cost includes all workshop handouts; the book, 101 Trees of Indiana; and coffee/snacks.
