All successful businesses require plans upon which to take action, as well as a budget and financial forecast so that you have a plan to follow to help you achieve your goals.
Real Estate is no different.
If you do not know where you want to go, 1) you will not know where you are going or 2) how to get to your final destination (your reason for being in the real estate industry).
This course will help you create a practical plan and execution strategy along with ways to help you track your progress (both financially and through other metrics) to reach your goals.
It will provide you with a 1 and 5 year plan, providing a vision for your future, with flexibility to adjust as the winds of the economy and real estate shift.
About the Instructor
Cathy Connors

Cathy is an entrepreneur, and owns several businesses. She is retired from the accounting industry after 25+ years; and now helps people in the professional services industries develop and implement a Relationship Marketing strategy for their businesses to help them gain more clients, retain their current clients, and increase their referrals.
She has owned her own consulting firm (JLC Consulting, LLC) since 2002. Her previous focus was that of strategic planning, organizational transformation, business improvement through process redesign, performance measurement, and complex project management.
She possesses a strong financial background with extensive experience in the areas of operating and capital budgeting, cost accounting, financial planning, and forecasting, internal controls and financial operations/management.
In 2014 Cathy made a strategic decision to shift the focus of her consulting practice and begin helping others implement a relationship marketing strategy that she utilized in her accounting/business consulting practice over the years.
As a result, she has been asked to speak on the topic of building professional relationships, and related areas of personal development. Cathy is also an affiliate and Senior Manager with SendOutCards.
