Description

This training is based upon the combined works of Brené Brown, Helen Block Lewis and other shame research and publishing. Many of our clients struggle with shame and self-worth in addition to trauma. This class will help you address issues, behaviors, thoughts and beliefs related to shame.

Training Topics:

  • Explore metaphors for shame

  • Differences between shame, guilt, and blame

  • Explore shame as bonding method

  • Explore shame Anatomy of Trust

  • Owning Your Story

  • Explore vulnerability as a place for growth

    As with all HCIC Clinical Training, we require at least 8 participants to host the training. If there are less than 8 participants, HCIC reserves the right to cancel the training if we do not meet our required number.
