Chef Chris Kajioka, formerly of Vintage Cave, gives back on #Giving Tuesday to Easter Seals Hawaii!
Easter Seals Hawaii is honored to partner with Restaurant Senia to celebrate the final stop of the Traveling Plate 2016 on December 6, 2016.
Be among the first to taste the menu at the most anticipated restaurant of the year in Hawaii. This event will feature an insider peek at the menu created by Chef Chris Kajioka, formerly of Vintage Cave and his restaurant partner Anthony Rush, the Devon-born chef at Fera in London’s famed Claridge’s Hotel.
The two met at Per Se, Thomas Keller’s three-Michelin star restaurant in New York City, back in 2007. Traveling Plate Oahu will be one of the first experiences this pair and Restaurant Senia offer to Honolulu.
All proceeds will benefit Easter Seals Hawaii.
Guests will delight in canapé from both the a la carte menu (that will be served at lunch and dinner) as well as a more inventive tasting menu that will be served at the chef’s counter.
