Through a generous grant from the Office on Victim's for Crime, MNADV is hosting three FREE trauma-informed yoga classes during National Crime Victims' Rights Week! All experience levels, energy levels and moods are welcome and everything offered in class is optional. Come as you are.

These sessions are open to everyone, but victims of crime and/our trauma are especially encouraged to come. There will be a trained crisis advocate on-site, as well as a short introduction before the class starts about National Crime Victims' Rights Week.

Join us for a guided, gentle yoga practice to help reduce stress and relieve tension in the body and mind. Taught by a specially-trained Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, this empowerment-based class will honor the lived experience and healing of each participant and will encourage participants to reconnect to mind, body and spirit in this safe space, helping them become grounded in the present moment and learn about the profound, simple healing benefits of mindfulness, breath and movement.
