Trauma-informed champions
For anyone that has already attended a Trauma-informed session.
This follow-up course helps you to take a lead role in implementing what you have learned. Whatever your role, if you have a passion for making your service the best it can be, this session will help you to plan and prepare for your next steps.
The session includes:
· Understanding steps to make changes
· How to lead and build buy-in across your organisation
· Ensuring involvement of people with lived experience
· Assessing your service and deciding priorities
· Creating your action plan for change
Lunch & Refreshments will be provided, if you have any dietary requirements please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the training date.
The car park at the Dudson Centre is at the front of the building and pay & display.
Unfortunately, we are only able to provide these training opportunities free to people who live or work in the Stoke-on Trent Area.
