Description

Traumatized children and youth often perceive the world as unsafe, creating emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. This workshop provides an overview of how trauma alters healthy brain development and makes children susceptible to life-long consequences. Presenters will provide tools and strategies to help facilitate successful interactions with children and youth who have experienced trauma.
